Introduction to Rice-meat dumplings cooking line
The Rice-meat dumplings molding, cooking and cooling assembly line consists of three parts, namely molding and cooking part, cooling part and transmission system part. The water from the forming tank and the steaming tank is heated by the gas pipeline inside the two tanks, and the water temperature is controlled by a high-temperature and high-pressure valve to reach about 75 degrees Celsius in the forming tank and about 90 degrees Celsius in the steaming tank. Enter the cooling tank for cooling.
Structure of Rice-meat dumplings cooking line
（1） , Rice-meat dumplings molding
The tank body is made of stainless steel and equipped with a hot water circulating pump as the power for the forward movement of Rice-meat dumplings. At the end of the tank, two reducers drag the scraper and the conveyor chain plate respectively, so that the formed Rice-meat dumplings can be smoothly and orderly transported to the cooking tank.
（2） Cooking tank
The tank body is made of stainless steel. The formed Rice-meat dumplings moves forward in the cooking tank with the power of multiple groups of scrapers and the conveyor chain plate at the end of the tank. The speed of the scraper and chain plate is adjusted by the frequency converter to meet the process requirements.
（3） Cooling tank
With water inlet and outlet filter, the mature Rice-meat dumplings can be rapidly cooled in the cooling tank, which is conducive to palletizing and lower refrigeration treatment.
（4） Steam pipeline and water circulation system
The water circulation system is set in the forming tank, and the flow is adjustable. The flow is adjusted according to the output to achieve a reasonable Rice-meat dumplings movement speed.
（5） Electrical control system
This machine uses a frequency converter as the power source, and the scraper and conveyor chain plate can operate with adjustable speed, greatly widening the adjustment range, and meeting the needs of the production process to the greatest extent.
（6） Insulation measures
1. There is insulation cotton (sand) between the inner and outer layers of the forming and cooking tank to reduce heat loss and save steam energy.
2. There is a steam hood and a curtain for preventing the overflow of the front and rear steam bodies from the forming end to the upper part of the entire cooking tank
（7） Other ancillary facilities
1. Mesh cover: located above the steam pipe, which will not break Rice-meat dumplings when heated by steam;
2. Drain valve: located at the bottom of the tank, with one at each end;
3. Waste collection cylinder: collect the broken Rice-meat dumplings in the cylinder below the chain plate of the cooking tank, which is conducive to keeping the environment clean.
